Our history dates back to the foundation of KTS (KuzbassTechnoSport) company in 1989. It was founded on the basis of Technical Sport Center of the public organization DOSAAF.
The aim of the KTS company was to develop relationships with sportsmen and sport organizations throughout the world. KTS company organized several large competitions on technical kinds of sport, such as: ice speedway, motorcycle crossing, radio and aviation sports.
In 1994 the department of mobile radio systems was created within the KTS company. Its aim was to develop regional system of public usage radio system. Since then the focus of the KTS company totally shifted to the provision of radio communication services.
In 1996 the "Kuzbass Cellular Communication", the cellular standard NMT-450i operator, was founded. The company grew rapidly and now is the leader of the cellular market in Kemerovo Region.
Holding company "Complex telecommunication systems" was founded through merging of KTS and "Kuzbass Cellular Communication". On the 20th of March, 2001, in Moscow, in the State Central Concert Hall "Russia" Holding company "Complex telecommunication systems" with the best enterprises of social-economic sphere of the country and the greatest Russian compatriots were awarded with the Premium "Russian National Olymp".
At the end of 2001 the Holding has become the winner of the regional contest "The best Kuzbass goods and services of 2001".
"CTS" Holding has become the winner of "Kuzbass brand of 2001" contest for the effective management over its companies brands with different services of the newest technologies.
Currently "Complex telecommunication systems" is one of the largest private companies in Western Siberia operating in telecom industry.
The Holding company "CTS" was awarded with the Diploma and the Golden medal of the International exhibition "Expo-Sibir 2002" for the best cellular communication NMT-450i standard services exhibit, for the most unforgettable exposition and the great contribution in "Expo-Svyaz" preparation.
The Holding "CTS" was also marked by the honorary Diploma of Kemerovo region Administration for the active participation in
