The Training and Advisory Centres activity is organised in several directions.

Besides staff development in the Holding companies, the Company publicizes knowledge in the field of telecommunications among general public, disseminates the required knowledge among users of such telecommunications services as Internet, cellular phones and IP-telephony.

It also sells educational services like training programmes on management, selling techniques, staff development, conducts theme workshops on actual issues of management and organization of financial activity (accounting, administration and documents handling, strategic and financial planning, anti-crisis management) etc.
 
Thanks to the Training and Advisory Centre activity, in 2002 there were 8 training workshops conducted in the Holding Company at which the staff members were provided training on client management skills, methods of self-regulation and stress-resistance.

Proactive training methods allowed to form in quite a short time practical skills, to look at oneself from aside, to assess one's own experience and that of the others, to increase work motivation.

All the training sessions contributed as well to team building and strengthening of the team spirit.
 
32 staff members were trained at seminars conducted at higher institutions and other specialized educational institutions outside of the region.

Constant professional development provided to technical personnel, financial staff, marketing specialists allows to organize the Company|s activity at the contemporary professional level which has a positive impact on both the quality of telecommunication services and the level of client service.

As for training process organization and involvement of general public in educational programmes on telecommunications, information and computer technologies, the co-operation has been established with the federal Employment Service Department.

The plan designed to attract specialists into the cities of Kemerovo region has been developed together with POLENET.
 
In 2002 the sale of educational services was established.

A number of training seminars on actual issues of management and sales were delivered, involving about 10 corporate clients the co-operation with whom continues in terms of staff development.
It should be mentioned that Perspektivas training activity aims mainly at improving professional skills and at the same time changing specialists attitude to their work.

The Centre assists the staff of the Holding Company and its clients in seeing the prospects of their professional and personal growth.
