Mr. Anatoly A. Polevik, the President of CTS Holding Company.

 He graduated from Tomsk State Polytechnic University on Automation and Management.
He put all his professional knowledge, rich experience and great energy in establishment of the Company. Anatoly constantly improves his qualification taking an active part at international conferences, congresses, seminars.
This helped him to become known as the top level manager both in Russia and abroad.
Being the member of IWTA Board of Directors (International Wireless Telecommunications Association), ю.ю.Polevik is involved in international relations development, sets up connections with foreign partners, looks for the ways of attracting external investment in the Siberian region contributing to the region economy development.
Anatoly Polevik is the international class master of radio sports. In July 2001, the CTS team on radio sport including Mr. Polevik won the Champion title in the largest international competitions.
ю.ю. Polevik is awarded the Third Class Medal "For Special Input in Kuzbass Development", the Medal of "A.I.Pokryshkin, the Three Times Hero of the Soviet Union" for the great contribution in the development of mass defensive, military patriotic and sports activity.
Also, for the Kemerovo region 60th Anniversary CTS Holding Company President Anatoly Polevik was awarded with the Premium for "Special Input in Social Economic and Cultural Development of Kuzbass" .
This public award instituted by Kuzbass Social and Economical Development Support Fund named after Mikhailo Volkov is awarded annually in different nominations to the citizens of Russia and other countries whose professional and public activity in Kuzbass social and economic development brought especially significant results. |

CTS Holding President Anatoly Polevik is awarded with the premium of "Peter the Great" in the bounds of all-Russian programme "The best Manager of Russia".
This high award is given to Polevik for his remarkable achievements in mobile communications and telecommunications building in Kemerovo region development.
The region itself was awarded with "Peter the Great" in the 60th Anniversary day.

Mr. Alexey V. Marchenko is the Executive Director of CTS Holding.

 He graduated from Kemerovo State University, Law Faculty.
In order to be able to manage a big holding company, to solve issues for practically all its departments and subdivisions, the manager needs to have outstanding capacities of a leader including responsibility, pretensions to oneself, strategic thinking, high level of professionalism which can be in full attributed to Alexey Marchenko.

Mr. Dmitry A. Ulianov is the Finance Director of CTS Holding.

 He graduated from Kemerovo Polytechnic Institute, specialising in Economy and Organization in Mining Industry.
In 1995 he was given the Master of Economy degree after he completed post-graduate study at Shanjdun Mining Institute (People's Republic of China).
Dmitry has gained considerable experience in financial activity at large companies of the region. His rational distribution of investments ensures high income which is the pledge of the Company's prosperity.
This results in keeping the exact schedule of raised resources return with quite high interests.
Mr. Ulianov makes everything possible to make co-operation with our company beneficial for investors. He speaks fluent English.

Mr. Sergey I. Padanaev is the General Director of "Kuzbass Cellular Communication" company.

 He graduated from Kemerovo Department of St.Petersburg Higher Academy of Communications. He began his career in "KuzbassTechnoSport" company and got an experience of radio-engineer.
Padanaev was engaged in "Kuzbass Cellular Communication" technical service department foundation.
Its successful work determined the building of SOTEL network in Kemerovo region.
Mr.Padanaev is responsible for coordination of technical service and marketing departments of the company.

Mr. Mikhail A. Masalitin is the General Director of the joint-stock company 'Complex telecommunication systems' (POLENET brand).

 He graduated from Kuzbass Politechnical Institute, coal-mine building faculty.
After the graduating he worked in telecommunications department of 'Kuzbassprombank', being involved in new generation telecom infrastructure building all over the country.
During 1998 - 2001 he was the leader of telecommunications department in the Holding company 'Kuzbassrazrezugol' with the aim to build the large coal-mining enterprise corporative network.
Since 2001 Mikhail Masalitin is working in the joint-stock company 'Complex telecommunication systems'.

 He graduated from Kemerovo High Communications School with the speciality of an engineer. In 2001 he also graduated from Kemerovo State University being qualified as a manager of commerce activity.
