The Federal Target Program "e-Russia" already demonstrates its practical significance. Increase in the spread of services on the basis of cellular communication technologies, access to the Internet, data transmission speak for the becoming of an advanced info - communication field on the territory of the country.
For the first time in the history of Russia the number of subscribers to cellular communication exceeded the number of fixed communication users.
Construction of networks of the third generation (CDMA 2000), and submission of appropriate CONTENT to the given networks, allows us to speak about the consolidated approach to the realization of the scheduled plans. This is the approach for the end user to receive not the separate service from each provider, but the complex offer realized on the basis of modern technologies of data transmission.
