Mutual aid and mutual assistance helps us achieve best results. We are convinced that our company"s management is a great success due to its HR policy.
At the present moment more than 500 people work in our company.
89 % of all employees have higher education; many improve their professional level, receiving second higher education or other special certificates.
 
PERSONNEL DEVELOPMENT

Personnel training and development is a compulsory condition, which makes possible the development of the company as a whole.
The CTS Holding Company pays good attention to constant training and improvement of its employees" professional skills.
The company stimulates and encourages aspiration to professional growth in employees.

It is notable, that personnel coordination has systematic character: there are special programs on training, motivation and professional growth of employees.
Sometimes our own HR Coordination Office carries out special trainings and seminars not only among experts, but also among the management of the company, which helps to reveal experts with high potential, and also promote the foundation of corporate unity.
 
THE HOLDING COMPANY

With the purpose of preservation and strengthening of health of the employees, we launched and keep maintaining the voluntary medical insurance program.
The basic purpose of the program is good quality medical help and health improvement which would exceed the accepted standards stipulated by the territorial program of obligatory medical insurance.
To strengthen active motivation and encourage personnel we worked out a system of rewards. So, at the end of 2003 the companies of CTS held labor team assemblies.
The management gave honor certificates to the best people.
At the New Year"s party some of the employees were awarded the GOLD MARK of the CTS Holding Company.
For the first time in the history of the company the Gold Mark was handed to a non-member of CTS - the award went to ZTE General Director in the Countries of the CIS Lee Inun for great contribution to development of CDMA-2000 network in Kuzbass.
New Year"s Day, February, 23, International Women"s day, Day of Communication (Den" Rabotnika Svyazi) - all these dates take a notable place in the life of the Holding Company.
Trips to the countryside are very popular among the company"s people for the country is the place where it is possible to take a breath of fresh air and to have fun.
Productive leisure, undoubtedly, helps us make the life of our people more various and interesting, and provides an additional charge of vivacity and energy for further accomplishments.
 
Radio sport is possible to become sport N1 among many employees of the Holding Company.
2003 brought new achievements.

Our professionals (Honoured master of sports Michael Klokov and International class master of sports Anatoly Polevik) took the first place on June, 7-8, 2003 in Kuzbass Radio-sport Championship.
