'Kuzbass Cellular Communication' company has established, installed and tested the first station of the 3-g cellular network. According to the test results, the station is ready to be operated.

A world-known company ZTE Corporation (China) was chosen as an official equipment supplier for the constructing of generation-next cellular network. ZTE Corporation is one of the greatest enterprises in China.
It was one of the first companies in the world that began the construction of CDMA cellular network.
The company has offices in 50 countries, 12 research centers all over the world.

"Kuzbass cellular communications" company, SOTEL federal network, was given the licence on Communications Ministry of Russia to offer new digital CDMA-450 standard services.
