January
On the 28-30th of January in Kemerovo State University the II regional scientific conference "Kuzbass informational resources", devoted to 60th anniversary of Kemerovo region was held.
CTS Holding President Anatoly Polevik spoke about the way to develop IT in Siberia.

In November 2002 Polenet infocomminication network began the IP-cards selling for IP-telephony service in Novosibirsk, Novokuznetsk, Leninsk-Kuznetsky, Belovo and Prokopievsk.

It is well known that IP-telephony is a good alternative to the ordinary international and toll calls.
It makes it more cheaper. IP-telephony is real revolution in telecommunication.
