Through our active participation in the implementation of the Federal "e-Russia" Programme, we do our best for successful development of information and telecommunications infrastructure, for provision of access to information resources in the right place and time for all who need it. This is what we try to achieve by creating the data transfer network infrastructure which caters for the needs of hundred thousand people of the Siberian region promptly, with good quality and in time.
