The employees of the Holding are really worth of being proud of. Nowadays more than 300 people work here. No doubt, they are the best in the communication branch of the region. The main part of the team (the leaders including) is dynamic and progressive - minded generation of young people.

Most of them have high professional education - 98%. The employees are rather good at English and it makes them to communicate with people all over the world and to exchange information of any kind. Our leadership realizes the role of the experienced workers, so invests considerable means improve their professional level.

So, in 2000 more than 100 people took part in different courses and seminars. All these facts influence their career and business.
The company has got the Educational centre of its own.
Every month 5- 8 employees begin working in the Holding. It depends on some reasons, such as: new companies of the Holding appear, new technologies are put into operations, new towns of Siberia need our services. So, we have to enlarge our technical, commercial, financial and administrative departments.
