Mr. Anatoly Polevik is the President and CEO of the Holding company
"CTS", which is one of the biggest private commercial
communication provider in Siberia, headquartered in Kemerovo, Russia.
Mr. Polevik is also the General Director of
"Kuzbasskaya Sotovaya Svyaz" (Kuzbass Cellular Communications
- KCC) company that is a local mobile phone operator.
KCC is the member of SOTEL, the biggest Federal cellular network
in Russia. He graduated from Tomsk State Polytechnic
University. Mr. Polevik started his career in telecom industry as
a Director of KTS (Kuzbasstechnosport) company having the
leading position at the Russian trunking market. The Holding consists
of the following business lines: PAMR trunked radio,
cellular communications, regional paging, TV & FM-radio broadcasting,
Internet providing, radio equipment repair service.
He is a Member of Board of Directors of IWTA (International Wireless
Telecommunications Association). Mr. Polevik is also
the President of SIMTA (Siberian International Mobile Telecommunication
Association). He speaks fluent English.
Sergey Ivannikov, the Vice-president of the

Mr. Ivannikov graduated from Novosibirsk Electrotechnical Institute.
He has the speciality of radioengineer. He started his carrier in
telecommunication industry as a principal engineer of "Kuzbasstechnosport".
Under his direct leadership the systems of dispatching and trunking
radio for the largest industrial, coal - mining enterprises, Emergency
and Rescue Services in Kuzbass were spread.
Later he was the technical director of "Kuzbass Cellular Communications",
the operator of the Federal Sotel network. He took an active part
in the installation of the first base stations of NMT - 450i standard.
Soon Kuzbass has deserved the leading position among the companies
developing the same standard.
Nowadays Mr.Ivannikov is the Vice - President of the Holding company
«CTS».
He is a Member of Board of Directors of Siberian International Mobile
Telecommunication Association (SIMTA).
Alexey Marchenko ,the Chief Executive Director

Mr.Marchenko graduated from Kemerovo State University, the Law Faculty.
He came from insurance system. Later he was
the manager of the firms providing audit and legal advice services.
Mr. Marchenko had been working in the Holding company for 2 years.
He managed to create a very strong legal-advice
system. He is in charge of the Holding property registration. He
is a lawyer of the Holding.
He has really a great experience which helps him to decide difficult
questions in any spheres of the Holding activity.
He is good at English.
Dmitry Ulyanov, the Financial Director of
the Holding Company

Mr Ulyanov graduated from Kemerovo Politechnical Institute, the Economics and
Organization of Coal-mining Industry Department.
He was an intern at the Shandong Mining Institute (China) and obtained the dignity
of Master of Economics.
Mr. Ulyanov has a significant experience in finance which was received in
KuzbassInvestUgol (a great Siberian Coal Investment Corporation) and in
KuzbassPromBank, where he was in the head of investment department and later the
chief deputy of investment agency.
Mr Ulyanov began his career as a Financial Director of "Kuzbass Cellular Communications"
company and after 6 months he became the Financial Director of the whole Holding.
He managed to create a financial structure with high-qualified specialists
(auditors, economists, managers). He deals with clients seeking to invest in
telecommunication. At the present moment he is responsible for all financial matters,
business-plans and financial diagrams for the holding companies.
He is proficient in English.
Yury Dyatlov, the Financial Director deputy
of the Holding Company

Mr Dyatlov graduated from Kuzbass Politechnical University, the
Economics and Organization of Mechanical Engineering
Department. He was an intern at St.-Petersburg Institute of Economics
Engineering. He holds the Degree in Economics.
Mr Dyatlov had a large experience in economics and finance, received
in "KuzbassPromBank", Politechnical University
and a great chemical plant of Kemerovo. Now he is in charge of business
planning and financial activities of the Holding
companies.
Vladimir Sovetov, Acting-Director of
"Telematic Sysytems of Kuzbass region" (TSK).

Mr.Sovetov graduated from Kuzbass Politechnical Institute, Electric
Engineering Faculty. He was a postgraduate of Moscow
Mining Institute after A.A.Skonchinski. He holds a Ph.'s Degree
in Computer Aided Design .
Prior to joining the Holding, he headed a Department of Automatization
in "KuzbassPromBank".
Now he serves as a Technical Director of "TSK" - Internet
Provider Company. Mr. Sovetov is a man behind billing system of
the company, all its technical sides: exploitation, design, building,
adjustment of communication objects, Internet service
provider, E-mail, web-site.
Sergey Padanaev, the Executive Director of
"Kuzbass Cellular Communication Company".

Mr.Padanaev graduated from Kemerovo Department of St.Petersburg
Higher Academy of Communication. Prior to joining
the position of Executive direcror of "Kuzbass Cellular Communication"
he was the radio-engineer in the company "KTS"
("Kuzbasstechnosport "). He organized the strongest technical
department where high-qualified specialists work. He is a
real expert in this field. At present Mr.Padanaev is responsible
for coordination of technical department and marketing of the
company. Due to his abilities the quality of cellular communication
in Kuzbass becomes better day by day.
Alexander Tretiakov, the chief of Billing
Department of

Mr.Tretiakov graduated from Altai Agricultural Institute , the Faculty
of Economy and Industry Organization. Among his various
past positions, he was the assistant and lecturer of Economical
Cybernetics, the principal economist. Prior to joining the
position of the Chief of Billing Department he served as a Financial
Director in "Kuzbass Cellular Company" .
He was in the head of creation of billing system which was highly
valued by the main cellular operators of Russia,
he promoted the accounting computerization, created the analysis
system, the program of salary and bonus.
